After a brilliant response to the launch of Accelerate Performance, I’m excited to confirm our first 12-week Youth Performance Programmes.

Designed for young athletes from all sports, each programme will focus on developing speed, acceleration, change of direction and power, with performance testing in Weeks 1 and 12 to measure progress.

Wednesdays | 5–6pm
Newbridge Leisure Centre
Starting 16 September

🟡 AGES 12–15
Thursdays | 6–7pm
Wicket2Wicket, Cwmcarn
Starting 10 September

💷 £10 PAYG | £54 – 6 weeks | £100 – 12 weeks

Places will be deliberately limited to maintain the quality of coaching and give every athlete the attention they need.

MOVE BETTER | PERFORM FASTER. ⚡️

A brilliant evening watching our new U7s train for the very first time, alongside our fantastic U8s, who did a great job guiding and encouraging them throughout the session.

There were plenty of smiles, lots of fun, and the start of some great new friendships, both on and off the pitch. This is exactly what grassroots rugby is all about—building confidence, creating friendships, and bringing our community together.

Exciting times lie ahead for these young players. A fantastic first session—well done to everyone involved! 🏉⚫️🟡👏
