Our final community class to celebrate our second birthday was a blast! Em lead a spicy and energetic jumpboard class and those who had never tried it before, loved it.
Our Re-Bound classes are on Thursday at 7:30pm, Friday at 7:30am and Sunday 8:20am 💥

Lisa brings so much positivity and fun to every session, always gives it her all, and is a perfect reminder that getting stronger has no age limit. 💪🏼
