“Journeys taken by bike leave an imprint; the memories you hold onto, the stories you tell, or simply somewhere in the subconscious.” Artist Lucas Lajoie makes his visible.

Following his LIBRE art series, Lucas painted an exclusive sister piece capturing his perspective of Montréal from a bike to mark the World Championships returning to the city after 52 years. We’ve translated that artwork into a premium 100% cotton bandana—silky-soft, highly breathable, and vividly printed so every brushstroke pops whether worn or framed.

What shone through every interaction was not just his speed and skill; it was his genuine warmth, his humility, and his kindness. Everyone on our team who worked with him felt it.

The community has lost a remarkable rider and an even more remarkable person. Our deepest thoughts and condolences are with his family, partner, and loved ones.

There’s a familiar ritual to summer gravel riding: gather the crew, tackle brutal climbs, and cool off however you can.

This time, the backdrop was Mount Taibai in Yilan, Taiwan—an old limestone mining road that winds towards the ridge in white gravel switchbacks, framed by lush green forest and thick tropical heat. It’s steep, relentless, and exactly the kind of climb you’d only willingly take on in the right company.

The crew—all over 45 and cheerfully describing themselves as past their expiry date—grind their way upwards while taking turns mocking each other’s exhaustion. Somewhere along the climb the years fall away and they’re kids again, carried by the same humour and camaraderie that make a hard day on the bike worth remembering.

Huge congratulations to Babette van der Wolf who earned her place as Queen of the Mountain at Philadelphia Cycling Classic this week.

Babette van der Wolf went into the day with a simple goal: go full gas on the climbs and race a hard race with her team, and she did exactly that.

A relentless attack fueled by the roaring roadside crowds saw her first over the infamous Manayunk Wall before collecting points across the day’s key ascents to secure the Penn Medicine’s Queen of the Mountain jersey.

Incredibly well deserved after watching her monumental efforts all season.

Danni Shrosbree has finished Badlands 2026 as first woman and 13th overall, in 48 hours and 15 minutes.

Two days and nights across 809km and 14,420 metres of climbing through Eastern Andalusia’s desert. Badlands asks more in mental strength than almost any race of the year, and Danni went into it with no Badlands-specific training, taking the lead early and never letting up. Testament to her focus, and to a refusal to be rattled by anything the conditions fired at her, we watched her give up sleep and comfort in exchange for a determination to keep moving. Couldn’t be prouder to be in her corner.

We’ve been eagerly dot-watching Danni Shrosbree 🍓 on her Badlands journey, and she’s off to an incredible start, sitting first woman overall by more than 50km and fourteenth overall, all off the back of a decision she only made last week while she was still out in Nebraska.

Now she’s halfway across the world and close to halfway through the route, deep in the Andalusian desert and facing unusually high temperatures in excess of 38 degrees. Conditions are severe enough that riders are stopping to find shade and reaching for whatever mental reserves they have left to keep moving. Danni’s stoppage time is one of the lowest on the leaderboard, which tells you what you need to know about how she’s handling altitude above 2,000 metres, gnarly and technical terrain, nights that turn unimaginably cold, and climbs pitching beyond 25% on the steepest sections.

With 400km to go, morale is the thing that carries riders to Capileira. Massive good luck to Danni and to the QUOC riders finishing this phenomenal feat over the coming days, we’ll be cheering you on from behind the scenes.
