We are looking back to our Science Camp which was an absolute success! 🧪✨

Our young scientists spent the week tackling hands-on experiments, getting creative, and earning their official CREST Awards! 🏆

Here is a look at what we got up to:

Slime Making: Experimenting with non-Newtonian fluids (and getting very messy).

The Toast (and Jam) Fallacy: Testing gravity and probability to see just how often jam-side-down actually happens! 🍞🍓

Parachute Drops: Engineering custom parachutes and launching them straight out the window to test air resistance. 🪂

Forest School Fun: Heading outdoors for nature exploration and wrapping up the camp around the campfire with toasted marshmallows. 🔥🍫

We are so proud of our students for their curiosity, problem-solving, and team spirit all week long. Future scientists in the making!🔬🌱

CAMP #1: DONE! 🎉🍓👩‍🍳

Safe to say our very first Food & Nutrition Summer Camp was a roaring (and delicious) success! From homemade pizza to tiramisu, our young chefs had a fantastic week!

Beyond the cooking, seeing bonds grow between students from RMS and other schools was the best part. Genuine friendships were truly cooked up this week! 💛 Watching them gain confidence in the kitchen was pure magic. Thank you to everyone who made our first camp so special! 🌟

This isn't your average drama camp. We’re diving headfirst into the ultimate physical theater toolkit. Whether you want to master the art of the perfect stage slap or wield a blade like a pro, we’ve got you covered.

What you’ll master:

👊 Unarmed Combat: The secrets to believable hand-to-hand combat (without ever actually getting hurt!).

🗡️ Sword Play: The fundamentals of safe, dramatic, and epic sword combat for the stage.

🎭 Physical Storytelling: How to sell the tension, the struggle, and the triumph.

This summer, your child can dive into an amazing, hands-on creative experience to create unique botanical prints using gelli plate techniques! Under the expert guidance of Mrs Nichols and Mrs Hills, students will explore colour, texture, and layering to design beautiful, original masterpieces to take home.
