This Monday we’re opening up The Combat Syndicate to raise some money for Keane following his recent leg injury.
The mats and cage are open, come down and train BJJ, MMA, striking, drill, spar or just get some rounds in.

🔥 CIRCUIT TRAINING TONIGHT 🔥
Coach Tony is back with another full-body circuit session at The Combat Syndicate 💪

⏰ 6:00pm – 7:00pm
💷 £7 per class
Expect a mix of strength, fitness and conditioning, with everything adaptable to your own level.
No martial arts experience needed, just turn up ready to work 👊

Updated membership options at The Combat Syndicate 👊
We’ve added two new membership choices:
🥊 Adults Kickboxing Membership — £65 per month
Unlimited access to all adults kickboxing classes.
🥋 Kids BJJ Membership — £40 per month
Unlimited access to all kids BJJ classes.
Our existing BJJ, full martial arts, kids and junior memberships are all still available, along with pay-as-you-go options.
