Local Swimming Club Rhyl Dolphins Swimming Club is now 126 years old and still thriving with approximately 120 members.
We’re always looking for new members of all ages so why not come along and join in! Many of our swimmers attend just to keep fit & improve there techniques, while others compete in competitions, regionally & nationally. The Club is run by a large number of volunteer admin Staff and ASA Qualified Teachers & Coaches who have maintained us as “One of North Wales’ Top Clubs”

Performance Nutritionist Graduate Scheme - Sport Wales This is an exciting opportunity to study for a fully funded MSc in Nutrition for Sport and Exercise at Cardiff Met University whilst gaining invaluable experience by joining the Sport Wales Sport System Institute Services Team.
I have been asked on behalf of Gez’s family Ann, Chris, Julie, Nigel, Jacob, Ella, Elliott and Harrison to thank everybody for their kind messages, donations and support during this difficult time. A massive £3619.46 has been raised in memory of Gez towards Rhyl Dolphins Swimming Club.
