π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ Wales under 14's wheelchair basketball π trials for the boys today in Aberystwyth .
It's lovely to see how much they have developed as players over the past year. This is Jac's first time attending trials as he's now 10 years old. I'm very proud of all their hard work from this season of training & playing for Rhyl Raptors π¦
π€ one or both of them will make the team, and we'll be off to the π¬π§ British Junior wheelchair Basketball Champs in August π
If anyone is looking for a sport to try....... I can't recommend wheelchair basketball enough !! It's an amazing sport that's inclusive and fun for the whole family π

Ifan is a classified S8 & SB7 para-swimmer πͺ
He trains four times per week ( 2 hour each time), plus land based exercises and at least 2 gym sessions per week .
