just turned 16 and raced under 20s in the Welsh super series 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 stage 6 Barry finishing 2nd 🥈 we are cooking 🍳 so proud this kids effort he’s so dedicated and this is just a reflection of his hard work and commitment to the grind 👊🏽🔥

G’s been stacking miles and monster training blocks, putting in the work ahead of a huge end to the season. A mid-block training ride at the Kilgetty BikeIT 100 – with over 20 hours already in the legs that week – turned into a KOM-winning performance. 🔥 What’s a taper... 😅

Now the focus shifts to Gravel Fondo Cymru near Aberystwyth. Steep climbs and Welsh grit – the perfect proving ground as G keeps building towards the UCI Gravel World Championships later this season. 🏁🌍

And he won’t be the only one flying the flag. With Welsh talent across all age groups lining up, it’s set to be a proper showcase of the strength and depth of cycling in Wales. 🐉💪
