Nice to run through a few Kumite drills tonight ! 😁 we have this opportunity in April

Quieter but funnier class tonight ….couple of basics in the first half then the worst set of might mouse sit ups and partner core work I’ve seen in ages 😂😂😂 we have a few beginner spaces available 👍

Brilliant to be back !!!! I’ve never needed to put a gi on so much in my life. Great session and there’s going to be some tights abs in the morning…..unless your names Connor 😁 brilliant work off everyone 👏👏

Merry Christmas and happy new year !! It’s been a bit of hectic, unsettled 2025 for Invictus Karate but let’s see what 2026 brings 😉 Nadolig Llawen all

Well it’s come that I’ve had to make a hugely difficult decision and temporarily take a break from karate 😔 ive taught at the sports centre for 20 years and the memories over that period are unbelievable!!!! Way too many to mention , but competing all over Europe and summer camp has to be in the top 10. It’s been a fantastic journey teaching literary 1000’s of children and a few adults but I just need to take a short break, step back and focus on the company.
I can’t sign off without a mention to people who over the years have been invaluable to me,
Paul Davies Every one of my best memories involves this guy !!! Annette Vaughan Hopkins who was the best secretary,manager, PR and everything else I could’ve wished for , I literally just had to turn up and teach !
It’s been A blast the last 20 years and proud of all that we achieved but for now I’m packing away the Gi & Obi with one final Rei !!! OSS.
