Beginners/DAP's/C25K graduates and all abilities. Thursday 27th August, 6:00 at the lake - 1 lap warm up then 30 mins anticlockwise 1k circuits and peleton waem down from top gate.

Beginners/C25K graduates and anyone else. Tuesday 18th August, 6:00 at the lake. 1 lap jog/walk warm up, followed by 2 or 3 laps 100x100 intervals, 2 sets of hill reps and a peleton warm down. Suitable for all abilities.

I view of it could be a little toastie, it'll just be a gentle 1 lap jog/walk warm up and a 4.5k football club loop.

Sunday 9th August shorter slocial starting at 9am from the lake over the golf links to Pantpurlais or Happy Valley depending on choice and back. Option of a cuppa or ice cream afterwards. Distance from approx 4 to 6 miles and road shoes will be fine. Cath

All abilities - Thursday 6th August, 6:00 at the lake - 1 lap jog/walk/dynamic stretching warm up, then short 1k clockwise circuits with 3 hills and peleton warm down lap.

Beginners/C25K graduates - Tuesday 4th August - 6:00 at the lake for a 3/4 jog/walk warm up then a new 5.5 k route, via Ridgebourne close, Alexandra Road, Montpellier Park, Rock Park, Bowling Green, Rock House Road, Ithon Road,Gwalia,Rock Park back to lake. Short cut opportunities.

Wednesday evening Rhayader session.
Meet - 6pm leisure centre
Route - an out + back using the cycle path
Shoes - road
Other stuff - Kirsty will be joining us to do some filming / leading for her Leader qualification like Tom did last week. Great to have new leaders coming through 😏
