In a recent survey, most respondents say that they understand that su***de is preventable and that they would act to help someone they know who is at risk.

Yet many of us are afraid to do the wrong thing but you don't have to be a trained professional to help

Everyone has a role to play in su***de prevention, but most people hold back. W
Trust your gut. If you're worried about someone, take that step.'

And that first step starts with simply reaching out.

It may seem like a small thing, but survivors of su***de attempts and su***de experts say, it can go long way.

Today the band had the honour of carrying the picture of our passed memeber Ronnie in today’s light of foot parade!

Out heartfelt thanks to out to Ronnies family for allowing us to carry his picture with pride today & also to greengairs thistle for allowing us to walk in such an important parade!

The light of foot is such an important cause that every single person in the band scene should know about & spread word about!
Our band practice or even our bands private messages is a safe space for all bands men/woman & will always be pointed in the right direction
