Anything is possible. Run Series
Breast Cancer Now . Here we are, the pink ladies out in force, raising money and awareness of Breast Cancer. 🎀
This September 2026 we are going to run again in all our pink etire spreading awareness of Breast Cancer 🎀.
I was diagnosed in May 2025 and started chemotherapy treatment in July 2025. I ran, well I ran, walked and got piggybacks around the 10k route last year. It was so much fun, so much support, giggles and energy.
This September we are running the 5k. I don't think any of us have trained properly and some of us are injured, including myself. I haven't been able to run since my surgery in March 2026, so I'm hoping for a piggyback again.
What ever happens, we are going to support each other around the 5k route with lots of pink and lots of smiles.
COME AND JOIN US - I can get you all the pink you need.
Ladies - Please check your breasts, for any changes or lumps. 🎀

Local charity event raising money for cancer research. bash was a brilliant barn dance, with a silent auction, raffle, food, a margarita bar and an amazing live band. 💃🏼
But being there meant so much more to me than just having a great night.
I went to the same event last year, but I was in the middle of chemotherapy. I felt sick, dizzy, exhausted and, honestly, I didn’t feel like myself at all. At that point in my treatment, I had no idea how my body was going to respond, or what the future was going to look like.
I remember my friend saying to me, “Next year, you’ll be dancing.”
And she was right. ❤️
Last night, I danced. And I can’t really put into words how alive I felt standing on that dance floor. I couldn't stop smiling, I was spinning around and around feeling so happy.
A year ago, I was just trying to get through treatment. Last night was so uplifting, more so than I expected, I was dancing, laughing, surrounded by friends and celebrating being here.
Cancer changes you. It makes you realise that the moments you once took for granted can become the moments you treasure the most.
Barn dancing is great exercise 🤠

Some days my workouts are slow and controlled. Some days I throw in plyometrics because I love explosive movements and jumps. Other days I focus on just one or two muscle groups and lift heavy.
It all depends on how I'm feeling and what I'm training for. For me, mixing things up keeps it enjoyable, challenges my body in different ways, and stops exercise becoming repetitive.
I'm finally starting to feel like myself again after almost a year from my normal training routine. It's an amazing feeling. Some days are still tough, but consistency is what keeps me moving forwards. If I stop, I'll lose the strength and progress that I'm making.
I'm here to stay strong and happy. To keep my body moving well through regular exercise drills and mobility work. To fuel it with nutritious food. After months of chemotherapy, surgery, and recovery, my body deserves kindness, care, and the chance to become stronger than ever.
REMEMBER
It's not about being perfect. It's about showing up, one workout at a time.

A few days in Greece was all I needed to switch off.
It’s amazing how just a few days away from the normal hustle and bustle of life can help you relax, clear your mind and give you the space to think about life.
What do you want to do? Where do you want your life to go? What's actually important in life, What makes you happy?
Sometimes, we get so caught up in the everyday routine that we forget to stop and ask ourselves those questions.
Make time for yourself, whether thats a holiday, a night away somewhere different or a long walk without distractions.
