Yesterday we did the Surrey 3 peaks to test our kit for the Morroco Mt Toubkal hike which is 3 weeks time!! 25km walk with lots of different terrain and conditions perfect for checking out the gear ahead of the big trip! Thanks Back on Track Fitness-Running-Hiking for fantastic guiding as always. We are ready for our trip Adventurous Ewe 🥾❤️💪

I’m back!! Classes are back ON this Monday 7.30-8.30pm in the castle grounds and Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm at Buckland lake. If you haven’t already signed up you can drop in for £12 a class.

Family road trip around Mexico complete! I stop doing my exercise classes on holiday and instead I love trying new activities…I did a sunrise run club on the beach, lots of yoga classes, sunrise paddleboarding and kayaking, swimming in the sea and remote cenotes and biking in the jungle. Highly recommend Mexico for an active holiday we travelled around using mix of buses and taxis it was very easy.

I started the week this Sunday with a very relaxing sound bath on Buckland Park Lake . I’m going to end the week doing my first Spartan BEAST in Morzine on Saturday which is a a 21km obstacle race in the French Alps! We have been training for 6 months and it’s almost the big day! 😬💪🤞

I have been a self employed personal trainer for 15 years and for the last 10 years I’ve committed some self care time on a Monday with my great friend Family Fit with Claire …about once a month we go an have a mini adventure on a Monday between classes and we call it FUN MONDAY. It doesn’t need to be a big trip sometimes it’s a local walk but today it was swimming in the sea and walking in the Seven Sister National Park. Such a great way to feel reinvigorated for life. If you get chance, do it and you will feel the benefits ❤️❤️

After our Snowdonia training weekend with Adventurous Ewe we continue the Mt Toubkal training closer to home with a 2 hour circuit up and down Reigate Hill a few times. Great team spirit….looking forward to more training in the sunshine before the big trip in October. Get those walking miles in 💪 😎
