Only select facilities have the prestige of being an official Hammer Strength Training Centre and we are now part of an elite group of facilities that have chosen to offer the best. Alongside our Hammer Strength training equipment, we also have some of the best brands on the market such as Cybex, Precor and Technogym, an extensive range of cardio equipment by Life Fitness and grass track with functional training equipment.

Some of you may have noticed we’ve been busy carrying out a few cosmetic improvements around the gym over the last couple of weeks.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience while the work has been taking place, and for bearing with us through any disruption along the way.

There’s still more to come, but it’s all part of our ongoing efforts to keep improving the gym and making it the best it can be.

A simple bit of kit, but an area of training that’s often overlooked.
