🌟 Meet Sharon 🌟
Sharon is part of our Education & Events team here at Hall Place, having officially joined the office in 2023 — although her connection to Hall Place goes back much further than that! Horses have always been a huge part of Sharon’s life, with her mum passing on her love for them from an early age. She learnt to ride here at Hall Place as a child and has also had horses on livery with us over the years, so Hall Place has been part of her life for as long as she can remember.
Before joining the team, Sharon spent an incredible 17 years working in pharmacy, before eventually finding her way back to the equestrian world.
A particularly important part of Sharon’s role is her involvement with our education programmes, including Changing Lives Through Horses (CLTH). Having completed her CLTH training, she is passionate about supporting young people who may not thrive within mainstream education.
Sharon also enjoys being involved in our events and has especially fond memories of Hall Place’s cross-country and one-day events. Looking to the future, she would love to see an even greater variety of competitions alongside our current events, including show jumping and residential camps.

After watching Hall Place develop over the years, Sharon is incredibly proud to have played a part in its progress and changes, and she’s excited to continue being part of what comes next.
Her favourite thing about Hall Place? “We are all one big family.” And when it comes to horses, Sharon sums it up perfectly: “A horse can fix a bad day in an instant.”
