A couple of weeks ago, i was at my eldest sons swimming lesson when a parent approached me just to tell me some really lovely feedback. it honestly made me so proud and happy. i genuinley feel so incredible proud and grateful for the incredible team of teachers & assistants we have and so i asked her if she would kindly email the feedback in so i could share with the teachers and with you! What a lovely way to open the week 💙

HONESTY TIME 💙

We’re not just a business with a family, we truly are a family run business. My husband (Bradley) and I (Charlotte) run Swimkidz together, raising our two children while bringing swimming lessons to life, seven days a week across multiple venues.
The highlight of everything is seeing your children thrive in the water. But behind the scenes, it’s a lot of late nights and admin, especially now during rebooking. If replies are slower, it’s just us working hard to keep up.

We’re beyond grateful for our amazing team of teachers and assistants, they make the lessons exceptional every week. We love running this business around our family, teaching your little ones and talking with you in the pool, on the phone and via email/socials, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time (heatwave and all!).

This past week, we’ve received so many lovely emails from families, and every single one of them gets shared with our team.

One of my favourite parts of the job is passing on positive feedback and giving our teachers and assistants the recognition they deserve. Because, honestly, they are the heart, soul, and backbone of SwimKidz.

We are incredibly lucky to have built such an amazing team over the years. The care, enthusiasm, patience, and dedication they show every day never goes unnoticed, and when they receive kind words from the families they teach, it means more than you could imagine.

We love celebrating all the little wins in swimming lessons, and this week we are so proud of this superstar swimmer! 🌟

Reason for award by his teacher, Sara:
🏊 I've taught Kalib as a Sharky 1, when it was his first time swimming by himself to a S2 and now a 3!. He's quickly learnt from being on a noodle to now swimming mostly unaided. Kalib is a very quiet member of the class, but has a strong and confident ability at swimming, which i hear from mum that he loves. There's literally nothing he won't try!

A few weeks ago we were learning back paddle, and he did the most beautiful back paddle, and made it look soo easy! I'm soo proud of Kakib. Well done. 🙂

💙 Swimkid of the Week - Livvie 💙

We love celebrating all the little wins in swimming lessons, and this week we are so proud of this superstar swimmer! 🌟

Reason for award:
🏊 Livvie did the most perfect star float I think I have ever seen from a child of her age. I could sense she was apprehensive about her mum letting go of her, but as soon as she realised she wasn't sinking and was floating perfectly on the surface, her worried face turned into a beaming smile. I am so proud of you Livvie!
