Team RWL did us proud today at the Open.

lifting competitively for the first time hit 42/63 which qualifiers her for the British Masters in July 😊

crushed it with 44/60 getting a 14kg total PB

nathan hit a PB C&J of 93kg and took 3rd place in her group.

Great day for at the English Championship.

nathan made her debut lifting as a senior at her first National competition. She hit 4/6 and got a 62kg competition Sn**ch PB. Outstanding performance!

hit 5/6 achieving a total of 196, took gold and the English Masters champion title for his category.

**Guildford Weightlifting Spring Open**

Today our lifters competed at Spring Open. It was an awesome event that saw some great lifting from all the groups over the weekend.

achieved some most excellent results:

🥇 in his group and a 141kg C&J PB
🥉 in his group
nathan PB Sn**ch, C&J, Comp total
matched his British Masters total
