We're so incredibly proud of our team of experienced swimming instructors, they are hard-working and dedicated to delivering the best experience to young swimmers. Here's what Oliver has to say about our funding scheme for swimming instructors:

'The funding scheme is an amazing way for me to get some savings for university. The hours are really good for someone like me (a sixth form student) as most hours of work available are outside of school time and regular hours are just during term time allowing me to still have my holidays. The funding scheme has allowed me to have a swimming teaching qualification for life. The other teachers have helped me to develop my knowledge in swimming as I had not swam much in the years prior to getting this job. However, I only recommend this scheme if you can commit to this job for a year and you like working with children. I hope to continue swimming teaching at university with all the skills I have gained through the funding scheme.'

Training to be a teacher is available to people of all ages and all backgrounds.
