Did you know the minimum recommended daily amount of activity for adults is 150 mins a week?

That's ONLY 30 mins a day, 5 times a week. It doesn't all have to be done at once - why not take the stairs instead of the lift/escalator? Maybe park a bit further away from where you're going or get off the bus a couple of stops early to increase your walking time

Interesting fact: did you know that the minimum recommended daily amount of activity for children is 60 mins a day?

That might sound a lot but walking to school, break time in school and walking home again will soon add up
