๐ ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ก for your, or your child's, age and belt colour division.
Yes, that's right, you only need the spirit of a champion to step onto the mats and compete against others of your age and grade in either Kata, Kumite or both. For white and yellow belts, you just need your basic combinations and a shoulder to push a kick shield with!
No black belt required, no years of experience required, no hours of gruelling squad training required (you might want to do some extra classes and seminars!), just you, your uniform, your sparring kit and that spirit of a champion.
We've not had the ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฝ in the UK for over 7 years, and it won't be back here again until 2030! So miss out at your peril, I will be competing, as will Sensei Debbie, for those who know her, as will a raft of other instructors and students from across the Thames Valley Dojos. It is an event seriously not to be missed.
Entries close on ๐ฆ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฑ๐๐ต ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐น๐, so get yours in and then head to the beach for training down there!
