Your fitness journey gets a whole lot easier when you stop being at war with yourself. 💜

You don’t need to hate your body into changing it.

You don’t need to “earn” your food.

You don’t need to punish yourself with exercise because you ate more than planned.

And you definitely don’t need to wait until you look a certain way before you’re allowed to feel confident.

Because here’s the thing…

You can want to change your body and still respect the body you have right now.

You can have fat loss goals without making your entire self worth dependent on the scales.

You can train hard because you want to feel strong, capable and confident, not because you’re trying to make up for what you ate.

And you can enjoy the foods you love without guilt, compensation or promising yourself you’ll “be good tomorrow.”

That shift is where things start to change.

Not just physically, but in the way you think about food, exercise and yourself.

And if you’ve spent years stuck in that cycle, I’ve created something to help you start breaking it.

My Body Confidence Blueprint is completely FREE and packed with tools to help you move away from punishment and towards self acceptance, confidence and a healthier relationship with your body.

You deserve a fitness journey that builds you up, not one that constantly makes you feel like you’re not enough 💜

A quick fix isn’t going to solve years’ worth of problems.

If you’ve spent YEARS…

→ Starting and stopping

→ Jumping from diet to diet

→ Being “good” Monday–Friday and hitting the f*ck it button at the weekend

→ Losing weight, regaining it, then starting again

→ Struggling with your relationship with food, exercise or your body…

A 6 week challenge probably isn’t the answer.

Because the goal isn’t just to get a result.

It’s to build a lifestyle that allows you to KEEP it.

That means playing the long game.

Learning how to train consistently without needing life to be perfect.

Learning how to balance whole foods AND soul foods.

Building habits you can actually maintain.

Working on your mindset and body confidence alongside the physical stuff.

It might not sound as sexy as “drop a dress size in 21 days”…

But imagine where you could be a year from now if you stopped looking for the fastest route and started building something that lasts. 💜

And if you’re ready to do exactly that, there are now 4 different ways to work with me, depending on the level of support you want and your budget:

🏋️ 1:1 Personal Training
📱 1:1 Online Coaching
💜 ZGC Membership & App
✈️ Body Confidence Retreats

Different levels of support. Different price points. Same goal: helping you build a body you love and a lifestyle to maintain it.

This is what it’s all about 💜

Not just changing what you eat.

Not just giving you a workout plan.

Not just helping you see results for a few weeks.

But helping you change the way you think about food, exercise and your health so that looking after yourself becomes something you can actually sustain.

Because you shouldn’t have to spend your life feeling overwhelmed by what you should eat, wondering what you should be doing in the gym, or constantly feeling like you need to “start again.”

My goal with coaching is to give you the knowledge, tools, confidence and support to build habits that work around your real life, including the stressful days, busy weeks and everything else life throws at you.

That’s how we stop the start/stop cycle.

That’s how we build a body you love and a lifestyle to maintain it. 💜

If you’re tired of starting over and want support creating something you can actually stick to, drop me a “COACHING” DM and I’ll send you the different ways you can work with me💜

Once upon a time, I was placed 3rd in Britain at the BKF 4 Nations 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Back then, my approach to fitness looked VERY different.

Training twice a day.

“Just get it done.”

No excuses.

All or nothing.

And yes, the lifestyle of a competitive athlete is very different to the lifestyle most people need (or want!) to live.

But stepping away from that world actually taught me one of the most valuable lessons of my fitness journey…

How to find balance.

I had to learn how to prioritise my health and fitness WITHOUT making my entire life revolve around it.

How to train hard AND have a social life.

How to eat plenty of whole foods AND enjoy the soul foods

How to work towards goals AND accept that some weeks won’t be perfect.

How to get results… without constantly feeling like I’m either “on it” or starting again.

And honestly, that’s a huge part of what Zero Gravity Coaching has become.

Because you probably don’t need to train twice a day.

You don’t need to eat perfectly.

You don’t need more rules, restriction or another 6-week “reset”.

You need to learn how to make health and fitness fit into a life you actually enjoy living. 💜

That’s exactly what I teach inside the Zero Gravity Coaching Membership, an affordable way to access structured training, nutrition coaching, mindset & body confidence support and a community of women learning to find that balance too.

My recent Taekwondo grading had me reflecting on where so much of my confidence actually comes from…

And a huge part of it is proving to myself, over and over again, that I can do hard things.

Showing up when something feels difficult instead of immediately backing away from it.

Every time I do something that once intimidated me, I collect a little more evidence:

I can trust myself.
I am capable.
I can do hard things.

And THAT is one of the biggest reasons I’m so passionate about helping other women get stronger and build true confidence through a lifestyle approach to health and fitness.

Because strength training is about so much more than changing how your body looks.

It’s adding weight to something that used to feel heavy.

Doing your first press up.

Walking into the weights area without feeling like you don’t belong there.

Keeping a promise to yourself.

Realising your body is capable of SO much more than just looking a certain way.

That confidence starts to follow you outside of the gym too.

And it’s exactly what I want the Zero Gravity Coaching Membership to help you build.

🏋️ Structured training that gives your workouts purpose

🥗 Nutrition guidance without the all or nothing nonsense

💜 Body confidence & mindset support

🧘‍♀️ Wellness resources

👯‍♀️ A community of women backing you

✨ And opportunities to get out of your comfort zone together

Because I don’t just want you to change your body.

I want you to become the strong, confident woman who knows she can do hard things.

And I want that support to be accessible, which is why membership starts from £14.99/month.

One of the things I love most about my karate and taekwondo journey?

It constantly reminds me that I can do hard things.

Stepping onto a competition mat? Hard.

Being grilled physically and mentally during a grading? Hard.

Breaking boards and having to trust that your technique WILL work? Hard.

Sparring fitness? Hard.

Getting knocked down, getting frustrated, getting something wrong over and over again and STILL going back for another attempt? Hard.

Working your way through the ranks knowing there are no shortcuts? Hard.

But every time I do one of those things, I collect a little more evidence:

I can do hard things.

And I think that’s one of the most powerful ways we build confidence.

Not by waiting until we feel fearless.

Not by only doing things we know we’re good at.

Not by staying where we’re comfortable.

But by doing something that makes us lean into the discomfort of stepping outside of our comfort zone, and discovering that we can do hard things.

Your version of “hard” might have absolutely nothing to do with martial arts.

It might be walking into the gym for the first time.

Going to a class on your own.

Putting your name forward for something.

Setting a boundary.

Wearing the outfit you’ve been telling yourself you “can’t pull off.”

Starting again after a difficult few months.

Whatever it looks like for you, remember:

You can do hard things.

And every time you prove that to yourself, you become a little more confident in your ability to handle the next hard thing too. 💜

Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel. It’s something you collect evidence for.

LAST COLOUR BELT GRADING: COMPLETE 🥋❤️

Which means I’ve got my eyes on my black belt grading, and when the time comes, I’ll officially have earned a black belt across two different martial arts 🥹

Martial arts really is a lifestyle for me.

But I think the biggest thing I take away from a lot of my martial arts experiences, it’s the reminder that I (and you) can do hard things.

You can be nervous and still step forward.

You can doubt yourself and still give it a go.

You can find something difficult and still keep showing up until one day, the thing that once felt impossible becomes something you can do.

I don’t think confidence comes from reaching a point where things stop feeling scary or challenging.

I think confidence is built every single time you prove to yourself:

“I can handle this.”

And sometimes the only way to collect that evidence is to voluntarily stand in front of a room full of people, get tested and break some wood…

Very happy to have passed my 1st Kup grading and even more grateful for everyone who has taught, encouraged and trained alongside me so far

Next stop… 🖤🥋

Being “good” with food isn’t avoiding chocolate. 🍫

For years, I thought having a healthy relationship with food meant having enough willpower to say no.

No chocolate.

No “bad” foods.

No going off plan.

Except the more foods I told myself I couldn’t have… the more power they seemed to have over me.

And when I eventually did eat them? It often became a “well, I’ve ruined it now” moment.

Restriction → overeating → guilt → restriction again.

Finding a healthier relationship with food meant learning that chocolate can just be chocolate.

I can eat nutritious foods because they make me feel good AND eat foods purely because they taste bloody lovely.

🥦 Whole foods for my health.

🍫 Soul foods for my happiness.

You don’t need to eat perfectly to be healthy, make progress or feel confident in your body.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do for your relationship with food is stop trying to be so perfect with it.

Save this for the next time you feel guilty for eating something you enjoy.

Yes, I’m a fitness coach.

Yes, I also went on a side quest to the sweet shop to avoid Reading Festival 😂🍬

This is your Saturday reminder to balance your whole foods with your soul foods 🍬

You don’t need to eat “perfectly” to be healthy.

You don’t need to earn the fun foods. And your diet doesn’t need to be 100% “clean eating”

Eat your protein. Eat your veggies. Drink your water.

But also eat the sweets. Get the milkshake. Enjoy your life. 🍭

You’ll probably be a lot less miserable that way 😂💜

Health & fitness should add to your life, not take the fun out of it.

Whats your favourite indulgence ⬇️💜
