Iyengar Intermediate “Foundation” Worskhop with Mary Niker — Vishuddha Yoga Centre The aim of this workshop is to develop the understanding of the importance of the root of the pose. “From the base up” . Some knowledge of both inversions and pranayama are essential for this workshop. Minimum 3 years Iyengar Yoga Practice are required to attend.
