This little chap has appeared in the studio garden. Saw him last week, and every evening this week around 8:20 he has appeared by the back door. He is gorgeous. 🦔 💝

Ok so I actually recorded this a couple of weeks ago ~ then forgot to post as I popped to Morocco! 🇲🇦 Anyway, herewith the reason(s) why I rarely post myself practicing asana/vinyasa on SM. Don’t get me wrong, I take a lot of inspiration from those who do. I just don’t feel the need to add to it! Happy Tuesday, y’all. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
