All of our Padel updates, top tips and competition/match information will now be posted on The Barns at Wellington main social pages only. This page will no longer be used or monitored.

Improve your Padel game by using the back wall with confidence. Use it for defence and time to plan your moves. Stay light on your feet, bend your knees and keep relaxed for better choices. Move smoothly, track the ball with your racket and keep the contact point ahead for consistency. This helps you shift weight forward, making transitioning to the net faster.
