Strength isn’t always measured by the weight on the bar. Sometimes, it’s measured by everything you’ve overcome just to be standing there. 💪

After going through a kidney transplant, Lou continues to show up at The Shredquarters Twyford with determination, positivity and an incredible work ethic.

She trains hard, pushes herself and proves that your journey doesn’t have to define your limits it can show you just how strong you really are.
