SUMMER BINGO CHALLENGE 2026 started today 🥳🙌🏽🥳

You can join at any time during the 6 weeks by scanning the QR code in the studio. Then grab a bingo card & add your name, and start ticking off the 20 challenges ✅

Every row = £5, up to £20 for the 4 rows 💰

Plus there are 6 weekly bonus challenges, and each one earns a raffle ticket to our fabulous Grand Prize Draw, with lots of fabulous prizes! 🎁

Happy Tuesday! 💟

We wanted to let everyone know that very sadly we are cancelling our 7pm class today 😢

This is something we have never had to do before 😅

But unfortunately our lovely Katrina is not well 💔, & all our other teachers are unable to cover on this occasion.

We have already let those booked know by email, but we wanted to get the word out for all those “last-minute run/book/shoes off” people too 🏃‍♂️

So please book onto either the 530pm or 830pm classes instead 🙏🏽

We’ve also changed the 830pm class from a Dynamic Flow to a Hotpod Flow, so that is now an option for those who don’t fancy a Dynamic just yet!

But don’t worry if you are one of Dimitra’s Dedicated Dynamite Crew, she’ll still make it nice & spicy for you 🔥

INTRODUCING FAMILY YOGA THIS SATURDAY AT HOTPOD YOGA READING! ✨🧘‍♂️

Looking for a playful, calming way to connect as a family? We are so excited to launch our very first Family Yoga session!

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or carer, this class is designed for children (aged 10+) and their adults to slow down, move, and share something joyful together.

Best of all? We are hosting this special launch the day before International Yoga Day! 🌍❤️

🌟 What to expect:

Playful movement sequences to build balance and strength 🤸‍♂️
Child-friendly breathwork for emotional regulation 🌬️
A cosy, sensory-friendly environment (Note: the pod will be set to a comfortable room temperature, not our usual heat! 🌡️)
Plenty of laughs, bonding, and a guided meditation to leave everyone feeling fully restored. 🧘‍♀️

🗓️ When: Saturday 20th June | 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm 👥 Ages: Best suited for children aged 10 and above 💰 Investment: £20 for 1 Adult + 1 Child (£5 per additional participant)
