An Oak work top I have maintained for a number of years, unfortunately had a potted plant left on it, just for a weekend, and it left this very deep stain.
it took the best part of an hour and a half using a belt sander and an Orbital sander to get the mark out but well worth the effort, it looks as good as new now 😃

Although I am supposed to be mostly retired, there is still family to take care of. Here I have given Hannah's (my lovely daughter's) master bedroom a full colour change and applied wall paper to a feature wall. The theme is Alice in wonderland and it is beginining to look ab fab ❤

I have had a few people asking what I used on the park bench wooden slats. it was around three hours of sanding, then two treatments of Barrettine wood preserver, and 3 ultra thin coats of Fiddes hi build exterior wood oil. (if you dont use ultra thin coats it goes sticky and yuk)
