Fitness isnβt always about giving it 100%
Itβs about finding something you can stick to
Something you can do with a smile
Something you can do with friends
Something you look forward to (ish) π
Obviously sometimes it needs to be hard (but not all the time!) but progress is made when you keep@showing up for yourself π₯°

Tanya cycles to the gym at least 3 times a week by the way and still looks this happy mid session π

RAPID FIRE π₯
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to work hard, build fitness and get a sweat on! ππΌββοΈπ₯
In Rapid Fire, we use a variety of work and recovery intervals. Some intervals are longer to help build resilience and improve your ability to sustain intense exercise, while shorter intervals are used to promote speed and recovery. ππ½πͺπΌ
Sound like something you would like?
Come down, give it a go and see what youβre capable of! π₯

The trophy has been handed over π
June Athelte of the Month Meryl Shields
β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ
July Athlete of the Month Dafydd Alun
And it could have gone to 2 more deserving people!
Meryl has gained so much strength through her training consistent and dedication and been unbelievably consistent whilst balancing the obstacles that life throws up π
Dafydd was another popular vote not just because heβs a really nice guy but a great all rounder - smashing the Team Marathon, progressing strength sessions and he was even early for one of the classes (thanks Kate | Business Content Creator π€£)!!!
