Prestwich Athletic Club Prestwich AC is an EA registered running club based in Prestwich. Please see http://www.prestwichac.co.uk for more details.

We run every Monday night at 7pm, every Thursday night at 6.30pm meeting at the bridge at Prestwich Metrolink Station. Our track sessions are at the Bury AC Track on Market Street, Bury every other Wednesday at 7pm. Our Junior section for 8-13 year olds train on Friday evenings, 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Prestwich Arts College in the winter.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Schorndorf läuft in Bury! 🇬🇧

Zeitgleich zum Besuch des Bury Croquet Club in Schorndorf machten sich Schorndorfer Läufer:innen auf den Weg nach Bury, um am 20. September 2026 am BID10K teilzunehmen.

Nachdem einige Läufer aus Bury und vom Prestwich AC im April beim Schorndorfer Altstadtlauf zu Gast waren, stand nun der Gegenbesuch an. Teil nahmen auch Läufer:innen aus Angoulême, der französischen Partnerstadt von Bury. 🇫🇷

Es zeigt sich: die Partnerschaft zwischen Schorndorf und Bury ist vor geprägt von sportlichen Verbindungen, Begegnungen und durch gemeinsame Hobbies entstehende Freundschaften. 🇩🇪🤝🇬🇧
