100 years ago, sickness was rare👇 Today, we treat everything with pills while ignoring the root cause staring us in the face. 1️⃣ Sweetness (Then vs Now) A century ago, sweetness came from seasonal fruits, nature’s dessert. ⚠️ Today, it’s donuts, pastries, and ultra-processed sugar bombs. Our taste buds have been hijacked, most kids can’t even enjoy fruit anymore. ✅ Go back to real sweetness. Eat ripe fruit under the sun, not in a wrapper. The body recognizes nature’s sugar, not its synthetic twin. 2️⃣ Protein (Sacred vs Synthetic) We once guarded our protein like treasure, meat, eggs, fish, organs. ⚠️ Now we count calories and sip on “low-fat” shakes and protein bars made in labs. ✅  Return to whole food protein, red meat, eggs, fish, liver. What once nourished warriors now scares dieters, that’s the inversion. 3️⃣ Cooking Fats (Animal Wisdom vs Industrial Poison) Our grandparents cooked with butter, ghee, tallow, lard, duck fat. ⚠️ Today we drown our food in seed oils, corn, canola, soybean, disguised as “heart-healthy.” ✅  Switch back to traditional fats. Your cells crave stability, not inflammation. The propaganda sold heart health and delivered disease. 4️⃣ Hydration (Pure vs Processed) We drank spring water, raw milk, and fresh-pressed juice. ⚠️ Now we hydrate with soda, “sports drinks,” and fluorescent caffeine in a can. ✅  Water, raw milk, coconut water, that’s real hydration. If nature didn’t make it, your body doesn’t need it. 5️⃣ Produce (Local Life vs Lifeless Mass Production) Our gardens were local, soil alive, vegetables real. ⚠️ Now it’s GMO, pesticide-drenched, nutrient-dead produce shipped across oceans. ✅  Know your farmer, not your supermarket barcode. Healthy soil grows healthy people. The Bigger Truth (Cycle of Sickness) They sell you the disease, and the lifelong treatment to “manage” it. There’s no healing in that system, only dependency.
