North West School Hire

A lot has been happening behind the scenes at North West School Hire as we prepare for another busy school year ahead. 👏

Over the past couple of weeks, our team has come together for staff training across our sites, giving us the opportunity to refresh standards, share ideas and make sure everyone is working towards the same goal.

We’ve been focusing on what great customer service looks like, the standards we expect across every venue, stronger communication between our teams and, most importantly, how we continue improving the experience for both our schools and customers.

Training is only one part of the work taking place behind the scenes. We’ve also been reviewing our processes, strengthening our management structure and putting clearer systems in place to help us become more proactive as we continue to grow.

🥄 The wooden spoon race is underway, with Angelo Monteiro setting the early pace at the wrong end of the table on 23 points. Plenty of time to recover, Angelo… but somebody has to be bottom! 😂

👀 Meanwhile, there are already bragging rights on the line in the Macleod household. FPL rookie Kim Macleod has made the stronger start, sitting on 51 points and getting the better of NWSH MD Callum Macleod, who trails on 48. It’s only Gameweek 1, but we’re sure Callum will be hearing about that one! ⚽😂
