Today marks one year since I took the leap and started Power & Poise – PT and Pilates with Lynne.

What a year it has been.

When I began this journey, I hoped to create a welcoming space where women could build strength, confidence, mobility and wellbeing through movement. I could never have imagined how rewarding it would be to meet so many incredible people and become part of their fitness and Pilates journeys.

Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients discover what their bodies are capable of, celebrate achievements big and small, and grow in confidence with every session. Seeing your progress, determination and commitment has been the greatest reward.

A huge thank you to every single person who has attended a class, booked a 1:1 session, recommended me to a friend, liked or shared a post, offered words of encouragement, or simply believed in me. Your support has meant more than you know.

Most importantly, thank you to all of my wonderful clients for trusting me with your Pilates journey. It is a privilege to guide, support and cheer you on every step of the way.

This first year has been filled with learning, growth, laughter, challenges and so many special moments. I am incredibly grateful and excited for what the next year will bring.
