With the new season fast approaching, we’ve put together a bit of an end of season round up ahead of our Prestatyn Badminton Club Presentation- which is just a few weeks away!

We want to say a big ‘Well Done’ to all of our players, our teams, players, the volunteers, committee, and everyone involved that helps make up our brilliant club

We’ve had a hugely successful season, both in terms of medals won and club spirit

We can’t wait to see what the 2026-27 season will bring 🧡

Hi all! Been a bit quiet on here recently…but while we are busy getting ready for the 2026-27 season beginning, we are going to be posting some exciting bits including some end of season round ups, upcoming things to look forward to, junior fun and a look at our new kits when they arrive!

Another brill week for the club, an absolute battle for the C team men away from home and a really close night for the A team with plenty of close games all week!

A couple of comments from our coaches about the two teams today!

🧡 Well played everyone today, can see clear improvement in foot work and keep it up and some fantastic rallies, played against 3 teams drew 2 and lost 1 which shows real commitment. Good luck and have a good day ahead 🧡

👏🏼 The B team had a solid morning coming 2nd in their division today with 1 win, 1 draw, and 1 loss. Quality badminton all round and a fun (although freezing cold) morning. Well played everyone 👏🏼

So proud of the progress and hard work you all continue to show! Keep going!!

Some of our recent results!

Our D team took on a home fixture against a very strong but lovely Denbigh team. Unfortunately they lost but we saw some really close battles and development within the team!

Our A team ladies battled all night against the brilliant Eros C, they played brill and took points off them, meaning they had a much closer result than the away fixture!🧡

Our B team mixed continued their winning streak and keep their place top of the league with one game left 🙈

Would just like to put out how proud we are at Prestatyn Badminton Club to have not 1, but 2 teams in the 2025-26 plate final!
Our D team took on our A team in a brilliant final, unfortunately the D captain got injured the night before but there was still some fantastic performances and really close games across the night 🧡
A huge congratulations to the A team on their win but also to every single player that night, you all made our club so proud!

Prestatyn 1 vs Prestatyn 4 in the plate final means our club will be both winners and runners up this year!!! - and an extra good luck and congratulations to all our hard working players 🧡 can’t wait to see what happens 🙈
