Fortunate to live on Koh Samui, where studios and retreats offer excellent variety in teachers and styles, Tatiana has developed her Yoga practice at renowned centres such as Absolute Sanctuary, Vikasa Yoga Retreat, as well as trained with Khun Sanya Tugwun, highly advanced and well respected creator of Foundation Yoga. Tatiana successfully completed 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Anna Sugarman, the American-born teacher whose strict anatomical alignment, challenging sequences and intelligent transitions combine with creativity, joy and fun. This intensive training was a life-changing experience and a logical continuation of a decade of Yoga Warrior Practice – it's also enabled Tatiana to share her passion for Yoga with others. Along with strong Vinyasa Flow sessions Tatiana is also offering Yoga classes for active elderly people as strongly believes that Yoga is for everyone. It is an amazing tool for people to transform physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually at any age. Her classes are challenging, informative and above all lots of fun as well as conducted with deep care and pure understanding of any physical restrictions her clients might have. Building on these foundations she continues to evolve both as a student and as a teacher while sharing her love for this ancient and transformative art.
