Another fantastic morning at Little Lionesses!

Our Sunday Development sessions are all about helping girls enjoy football, build their confidence and develop their skills in a fun and welcoming environment.

From ball mastery and 1v1s to plenty of games, smiles and proud moments — every girl gets the opportunity to play and shine.

We still have spaces available across our Sunday morning age groups. If your daughter would like to give football a try, send us a message to arrange a taster session.

Our Sunday Morning Development Sessions are BACK!

It was brilliant to have our Little Lionesses back out on the pitch on Sunday!

Our Development Sessions are all about giving girls a fun, positive introduction to football while helping them build their skills, confidence and love for the game.

We currently still have spaces available in our Sunday morning groups:

Tots – Ages 2–3
Minis – Ages 4–6
Mighties – Ages 7+

Whether your daughter already loves football or has never kicked a ball before, she’s more than welcome to come along and give it a try.

Fun, supportive environment

GIRLS FOOTBALL EVENING

Does your daughter love football? Or perhaps she's never played before but would love to give it a go?

We're opening up the doors for a fun girls-only football session at The Lantern Stadium, a chance to get involved, meet other girls and see what girls' football with Little Lionesses and Potters Bar Town FC is all about.

● Thursday 27th August
● 5:00pm–6:00pm
● The Lantern Stadium, Potters Bar Town FC
● Girls aged 5–11

Expect football, fun, games and new friends in a friendly, welcoming environment.

We're already getting ready for the new season, but we're always keen to welcome a few more girls into our teams!

U11 GIRLS | SCHOOL YEARS 5 & 6 | FROM SEPTEMBER

Potters Bar Town Little Lionesses FC are looking for a few more girls to join our U11 group for the 2026/27 season.

Our U11 programme offers a fantastic environment for girls to develop their football, with:

• Friday evening training at Potters Bar Town FC Stadium
• UEFA-qualified coaching
• Player development overseen by an ex-Premier League player
• Saturday morning fixtures in the HGFPL
• 2 match kits, training kit and training top included

If you know a girl in School Years 5 or 6 who loves football and would like to find out more, we'd love to hear from you.

A fantastic morning at Little Lionesses!

A huge thank you to Nick Hardy, Women's Academy Technical Manager at Tottenham Hotspur, for delivering two brilliant sessions for our girls today.
The players were outstanding throughout, focused, enthusiastic and a real credit to the club. We couldn't be prouder of how they listened, worked hard and embraced the challenge.

Thank you again, Nick, for your support. Days like today are what make Little Lionesses such a special place to learn and enjoy football!

Another fantastic Sunday for The Little Lionesses!

There was so much to be proud of this morning.

Our Mighty Lionesses were developing the confidence and skills to beat defenders, our Mini Lionesses were building strong football fundamentals and putting them into practice in competitive games, and our Little Lionesses were improving their coordination and ball control through fun, imaginative storytelling activities.

Seeing the girls grow in confidence, make new friends and fall in love with football every single week is exactly why we do what we do.

A huge well done to every one of our Lionesses, you are brilliant!

England are through and the excitement around football keeps growing!

What better way to celebrate England's continued progress at the 2026 World Cup than getting your daughter involved with Little Lionesses?

We currently have a range of opportunities available, including:
-Summer Holiday Camp
-Sunday Development Sessions
-U10 & U11 Teams
-Elite Development Sessions with former Premier League footballer Henri Lansbury
