Lucy is not only a gorgeous dancer, she’s a brilliant teacher who will break everything down step by step, giving you plenty of time to understand the movements, practise and build your confidence.

✨ Meet Lucy – Our New Pole Dance Instructor! ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Lucy Lucy to the team! 💜
Lucy will be teaching our Complete Beginners Pole class every Thursday at 6:00 PM.
This class is perfect if you’ve never touched a pole before, feel a little nervous about starting, or just want a welcoming, supportive environment to learn the basics.
With a background in gymnastics coaching, Lucy is brilliant at breaking down beginner moves into easy-to-follow steps. She’s patient, encouraging, incredibly talented, and has a great sense of humour—so you’ll be laughing as well as learning!
Everyone starts somewhere, and there’s no need to be fit, flexible, or confident before you begin. Just bring yourself, and we’ll help with the rest. 💪✨
