Tuesdays - 7:00pm to 8:45pm, Adults /youth
Thursdays - 6:00pm to 7:00pm, and 7:15pm to 8:15pm, Juniors (6-14)



Fort Purbrook Judo Club is a member of the British Judo Association (BJA), the governing body for judo in the UK. The club coaches are Dennis and Tina Penfold (8th and 6th Dans respectively), who are both widely respected in the judo world. Judo is an ideal way to exe

rcise and it serves as a great workout, which improves stamina, general health and overall fitness. Fort Purbrook is a traditional judo club and we aim to offer judo for all, whatever your aims. We offer sessions for juniors and adults .Feel free to contact us ,the coaches would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Reminder for our juniors & their grown ups - this Thursday (16th July) is the last class before summer break.

To all our Judo parents please note, this Thursday evening, we are holding the annual joint Christmas class & celebration afterwards. BOTH classes on the mat 6-7pm.
