Client of the month 💪, Rhys has always clearly given 100% in his sessions but this month we had a couple of particularly brutal ones and he kept going at the same rate 💪, also improvements on his boxing technique and speed meant that I had no choice but to give it to him, well done pal, enjoy your holiday, you’ve earned it 👊
