IMPORTANT POST!
As all of you know we are a week into our second lockdown, as seen from the first it is very easy to slip out of routine and become comfortable to sitting at home and doing nothing. BUT I am here to help!! If you didn't know already I am a Personal Trainer at PureGym Commercial Road and I have been offering outdoor sessions/online home workouts to new and existing clients.
The reasons I have been doing this is because as you all know gyms are currently closed BUT that doesn't mean we stop there. I do this to keep as many people fit and healthy not only physically but mentally as well to help keep us going though these tough times.
It doesn't matter what equipment you have if any or what goals you have in mind, we can make it work 💪
