We will be running a medley of different fitness sessions from the Bootfest stage this morning for EVERYONE.
Bring friends and family down. We will have multiple instructors taking you through Aerobics, Boxercise and Zumba

An absolute sweat fest this evening.
Some amazing effort by everyone. Boxing movement warm up, 200 rep ‘you go, I go’ partner challenge, Phase accumulator sprint pads and finish off with boxing game.

🔥 BOOTCAMP UK WATERLOOVILLE 🔥
‘If it’s not raining, it’s not training’
A cracking session this morning! We kicked off with a team rope warm-up, moved into partner “you go, I go” work and finished with some fast-paced relays! 😅💪
I was like a proud dad this morning, seeing you all working for each other without absolutely no alienation!!
Great teamwork, plenty of effort and a strong finish from everyone. Brilliant work, team! 👏
