25 MAY — 🏥 Appendix surgery

After surgery, I spent 6½ WEEKS completely out of training.

Then…

📅 9 JULY — BACK TO TRAINING 🏋️

And from there, the comeback began:

From 6½ weeks with no training…

Running was only 12 seconds behind from 1st place across all 12 runs.

The 1:57 difference was almost entirely created on the stations. And I was actually faster than Carl on Run 6, Run 10, Run 11, Run 12, Goblet Squat, Push Press and Devil Press.

Waxy boy needs to become much more efficient on 5–7 specific stations.” 🤯
