New, returning and rediscovering students welcome. Traditional Shotokan Karate, but with an open mind 🥋

Small class (holidays etc.) braving a very hot hall. Even my Gi was damp by the end of the class 🥵🥋

It’s going to be hot in the dojo this evening. T-shirt rather than Gi top is fine, and water bottle recommended 🥋
