While I was tidying up after classes this morning, I caught my girls pretending to be ''coach" and "athlete" trying to wake up Gogo. 😍

And I'm pleased to say that they were not inspired by me, but by our very own Coach Elena.

Today is one class closer to the end of her Coach Training and she has clearly done a great job - this is exactly what you want the athletes to do after! A bit of pretend play following a very fun and active morning. 💙

Saturdays never disappoint. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Getting out in the fresh air and the chance to enjoy the grass track... Well, it just hit differently today. 🎽

Races are great no matter what, but there is something special about the kids getting to try out a track and gain some real speed.

It's also a great time to test out some super strength whilst running. 😆😍
