The preparations are well underway at Porthcawl RFC! ☀️

The inflatables are going up, the stalls are getting ready, and our very special alpaca guests 🦙 are getting set for a fantastic day!

We’re just getting everything ready for a 12 noon start and with the sun shining, it’s shaping up to be a brilliant day for all the family! 🌞🎈

So, whether you’re coming for the inflatables, the stalls, the alpacas or just a great family day out - come and join us from 12 noon! 🙌

Apart from one short shower, the weather played its part, with fantastic conditions for an afternoon of rugby. ☀️🌦️

It is with great sadness that we learned of the sudden passing of former player Rob Howe.

Rob joined the club in 2014, pulling on the Porthcawl shirt as a prop and becoming a valued member of our rugby family.

Our thoughts are with all of Rob’s family, friends and all those who knew and loved him at this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace Rob.

Youth Vice Captains | 2026/27

Supporting Joe in the Vice Captain role for the upcoming season will be Caden Lewis and Rory Whyte.

A huge congratulations to both players on their appointments. They’ll play an important role in supporting the captain and helping lead the Youth squad on and off the pitch throughout the season.
