There was another awesome result this weekend for A2Z’s Anita Davis who took a brilliant AG win at GV70! 🏆

Anita has taken huge leaps forwards in her training this year, and this result is testament to her consistency and drive 💪

Anita makes me more and more proud every week and I’m so excited to see what the rest of the year has to hold for her! Especially taking on the BIG one at IMW in just a few weeks 🐉

A fabulous day out for A2Z triathlon at the Porthcawl Aquathlon today, 3x AG Welsh titles and 5/5 overall podiums 🥳 congrats to Helen Parkhouse Jeff Thomas and Laura St. John for becoming Welsh AG champions 🏆🏆🏆
and to Eva Axelby and Luke Tuckey for AG podium finishes 🏅🏅! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Last weekend saw a hugely inspiring 70.3 debut for the brilliant Dan Gethings , and he’s not stopping there ⚡️

We’ve learned so much from his epic day out, which we’re taking forward into another half IM outing in just a few weeks 💪

Dan’s commitment, willingness to learn and adapt, and ability to trust the process have enabled him to achieve brilliant consistency in his training, leading to steady and consistent improvements across the board 🏊🚴🏻🏃🏻‍♂️📈

Fantastic outings in IM Swansea 70.3 for Katja and Helen Parkhouse! 🏅🏅

Both ladies prepared brilliantly with well thought out race plans which were perfectly executed 💥

We had sensible heads on in the heat and reaped the rewards 👌

Always so inspired by athletes who hold down incredibly demanding jobs, busy family and home lives and still achieve such great things ⭐️

Well done to these absolute rockstars ⚡️🤙🏼🩵

A couple of new followers recently, so thought I’d just reintroduce myself. Hi 👋 I’m Zoe Bluck ! I’m an ex-elite triathlete, current triathlon coach and Mam from Porthcawl in South Wales.

My triathlon career took me all over the world, to international podiums, domestic podiums and Commonwelath Games. And to conclude I snuck out of retirement for a last hurrah at Ironman Wales 2023, which didn’t go too badly for a retiree - 11h14 and 8th female (inc pros) was a pretty cool day out.

I have experience of coaching athletes for all sorts of events, from elite youth and juniors, age group GB internationals, marathons, half marathons, half and full Ironmans and off road triathlon 🏊‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃‍♀️
