Our senior karate class opened yesterday evening in Rasharkin Community Centre. The seniors kicked off at 8.30pm just after the children's class finished. It was satisfying to see previous members attending and stepping onto the floor for a tough session. We covered flexibility, basics, combinations, seishan kata, kata applications and sparring. The class finished up at 10pm. "See you next Monday guys".
