π΄ Porthcawl Triathlon | Club Championship Race
A great day of racing at our latest club championship event, with 8 Harriers taking to the start line and putting in some fantastic performances across swim, bike and run.

A huge congratulations to Andrew Humphreys, who took on the challenge of Ironman Austria.
Completing an Ironman is an incredible achievement requiring months of dedication, consistency and hard work, and to cross that finish line is something to be proud of. Massive well done Andrew!
β°οΈ Titan Brecon
Titan is known for its tough courses and famously difficult bike route, making every finish an achievement in itself.
A huge well done to Gavin James, who took on the Middle Distance event, and Daniel John, who competed in the Aquabike. Brilliant performances from both!
π Cheddar Gorge Half Marathon
Well done to Garry Evans, Peter and Jackie Richards, who took on the stunning but challenging Cheddar Gorge Half Marathon. Great running all round.

π° Welsh Castles Relay 2026
What a weekend for β€οΈπ€π€
A brilliant effort from both our Open and Ladies teams, with some fantastic performances across the two days. It was especially great to see so many new faces in this yearβs teams alongside experienced runners, showing the strength and depth across the club. Huge well done to everyone involved, including our reserves, supporters and organisers π

Massive congratulations to David Morgan and Neil Morgan on taking on one of Europeβs biggest Ironman events πͺ
Months of training all came together across the swim, bike and marathon run in what is never an easy day out. Huge determination and resilience shown from both athletes to cross that finish line. ππ΄π

ποΈ Tonmawr Hilly 5
After a few years away from the racing calendar, we were absolutely thrilled to welcome back the Tonmawr Hilly 5! Known for its challenging route, tough climbs and fantastic atmosphere, it was brilliant to see runners once again take on this local favourite.
A huge thank you to Race Director Julian Halloran and Safety Director Craig Williams for their hard work in bringing this incredible event back to life. Weβd also like to thank all of our amazing marshals and volunteers who gave up their time to make the event possible, along with our fantastic sponsors Burger Boyz and Bryn Bettws Lodge for their support.
It was great to see so many athletes taking on the challenge, and there were some fantastic performances throughout the field.

π Ironman Lanzarote
What a day out at one of the toughest races on the Ironman calendar. With scorching temperatures and challenging conditions throughout the day, all of our Harriers dug deep and got the job done.

π Swansea Swim
It was fantastic to see so many Harriers in the water over the glorious bank holiday weekend for the 1.9K Swansea Swim, which also formed part of our club championships.
A special mention to Cathryn Williams and Nick Thomas, who took a brilliant π₯ 3rd place in the 3K swim.
It was also great to see several members taking part in their very first open water swim in the 750m event. A huge achievement and hopefully the first of many!
π΄ Swansea Sprint Triathlon
Well done to all our athletes who took part in the Swansea Sprint Triathlon:

Another busy and successful week for with members representing the club across running, multisport and community events π
π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ Barry Island 10K
One of the club championship race events and once again a fantastic day out for the club π Thankfully the weather just about held off and conditions made for some brilliant racing around the popular coastal course. It was fantastic to see so many members taking part, with plenty of strong performances, personal bests and determined efforts throughout the field!
A huge thank you also goes to everyone who travelled to support, cheer and help create such a brilliant atmosphere around the course. The support from club members never goes unnoticed and is always hugely appreciated π
