Sometimes I forget just how far I’ve come and how I’m a very fu***ng very strong woman like the song says.

For any fellow CSA and SA survivors I see you! Whether you have talked or not just know your power!!! 💪

This isn’t something I rarely talk about yet it’s the absolute crux of my why. It’s part of my story. Part of my purpose..

My purpose is to ensure women feel so rooted in their wild ass selves they never question their worth for ANYONE! 💋

Finding my voice, speaking my truth, giving my younger self the stage that she was denied or couldn’t handle at the time. It was courageous and it was fu***ng wild!! 😻

When you face your deepest fears and you look your deepest wounds in the eye, you can’t lose. You are stepping into your power!!

You don’t even have to have had significant trauma like mine to feel like your voice is lost. It’s an epidemic of mega proportions.

Women joining together and collectively speaking their truth is a scary prospect for the society we live in. It’s a freaking rebellion 🙌

When you reach a place of true self acceptance, where you can be brave and authentic in your expression - you’ll be unstoppable! 🦄

I am in love with this life. Even though it has brought me pain and I didn’t want to have to be strong I was and I am.

Now I want my life to be joyful and playful, authentic and LIVED. I will not hide in fear or live in scarcity. It is too short a time for us to be here 🙌
