If you have a disability and would like to sail , we are the club for you. Experienced sailors always welcome to volunteer with us to.

Poole Sailability provides a facility for people with impaired health or a disability to experience the fun and friendship of sailing with other like minded people in a supervised environment.

The generous cruiser section owners at Parkstone Yacht Club took 12 of our members out, on 5 yachts, for a fabulous sail on Saturday. We had wind, sun and best of all, we had great company 🙏

Subjects: The jet stream, pressure systems, fronts, synoptic charts, isobars, gusts, sea breezes…

Parkstone Yacht Clubs Commodore's Coffee Morning was a great success on 6th December.
We raised nearly £200 on our two stalls. Thanks to those who volunteered for the day, Ann, Frosty, Stuart and Les (who also made items for sale)
Commodore Roger Bennett made another epic cake for the Grand Raffle, shown below

We held our 30th celebration at Parkstone Yacht Club on 21st November. With over 100 people attending it was a wonderful evening.
Our members Sara Walker, Keith Hunt and Avril Stephenson and her Dad,Graham gave speeches telling us why Poole Sailability is so special to them.
Congratulations to those people who were presented with one of our awards by the Mayor of Poole including a special award to Parkstone Yacht. Commodore Roger Bennett collected the clubs award and also made a stunning cake for us all (shown below)
Many thanks to our members friends and supporters who joined us in marking 30 years of enabling people living with disability have the opportunity to enjoy sailing in our remarkable Harbour.
