We’ve recently implemented our own custom coded bike shop management system “Wheelie Manager” which has seen some massive productivity gains. The system has a more seamless online booking procedure, with clearer pricing and ability for customers to manage their booking online 24/7. We also have a smarter inventory management system, ensuring we always have stock of our most popular products as well as it making suggestions of what brands to stock based on what’s trending on social media platforms. We’ve also been making great use of our CRM to track & monitor our bikes sales progressions. We also have 100% digital records for every bike that leaves our shop. The system has many more great features and we’re always tweaking & improving it. We believe it to be the most advanced bike shop management system and we built it ourselves!😎
